Marquette could create public police department under bill

Noted: The measure wouldnt guarantee that Marquette would join public universities such as the University of Wisconsin-Madison and UW-Milwaukee in fielding sworn officers to keep the peace on campus ? that would ultimately be a decision Marquette would make together with existing law enforcement agencies.
