The University of Wisconsin-Madison is pledging to cover the full cost of a college degree for students from Wisconsin Indian tribes under a new program announced Monday.
“Wisconsin did a lot for me,” Finley said. “The 4 years I spent here was very monumental in where I am today as a man, so to share my experiences with them, (the graduates) celebrating this great day, is just a great honor.”
