The reclusive daughter of former Soviet dictator Joseph Stalin was interviewed in Wisconsin by an independent filmmaker, some two decades after she spoke with a WKOW 27 news reporter. The film, “Svetlana About Svetlana,” is scheduled to be screened this weekend during the Wisconsin Film Festival in Madison.
