Mike Eaves’ run as men’s hockey coach at Wisconsin’s is over. One day after the Badgers suffered a 5-2 loss to Penn State in the opening round of the Big Ten tournament and were eliminated from contention for an NCAA berth for the second consecutive season, UW officials announced Friday that Eaves will not return for the 2016-’17 season.
