INDIANAPOLIS — Duke Coach Mike Krzyzewski was talking Thursday afternoon about his team’s November game in the Champions Classic against Michigan State, the Blue Devils’ opponent on Saturday night in the first game of the Final Four. Amid the usual cliches about how much Tom Izzo’s team has improved and how wonderful the annual made-for-TV extravaganza has been for the four schools involved, he suddenly paused when a realization hit him.
