MADISON, Wis. — Saturday was a difficult night for Badger fans — not only was there a loss to Ohio State, and the band was suspended, but Madison police also cracked down on drunk and disorderly fans.
Police issued 32 underage alcohol citations along with two disorderly conduct citations.
