MADISON, Wis. – Itââ?¬â?¢s an emotional day for student-athletes, coaches and fans when Wisconsin and Minnesota meet in intercollegiate athletics. Beginning this fall, the winner of an 11-sport competition between UW and UM will capture the Border Battle Cup for display on its campus.
