The UW-Madison football team could be one running back short at the Capital One Bowl in Florida now that its No. 2 rusher has been jailed again. The arrest also means that Booker Stanley, 22, likely botched a plea agreement for charges for his arrest in April after a fight at the Mifflin Street Block Party.
