Baggot: UW rights ticket wrong, but was it right?

I understand perfectly why Bill Meunier got on his soapbox and raised his voice against the University of Wisconsin Athletic Department this week.I understand perfectly why Meunier got so much mileage out of his tale of woe, which made the front page in Madison, was the hot topic on radio talk shows in his hometown of Milwaukee and generated a buzz in cyberspace.
