EAST LANSING, Mich. ? Maverick Darling was intent on improving his finishing position one spot over last year in the Big Ten Conference cross country championship on Sunday. That didn?t happen, but the University of Wisconsin senior left the Forest Akers East Course with a big smile and a fourth consecutive team championship.
