The Ronald Reagan Memorial Tollway is the formal name for a stretch of I-88 that snakes its way across northern Illinois.
Toward the northwest part of the state, the highway bumps into Route 78, which is where you’ll find another road marker just a short drive to the south as you head into the small community of Prophetstown.
