Michigan’s Howard to be suspended for rest of regular season following postgame brawl, Gard fined

Following the Big Ten’s official announcement which included fines and suspensions, UW Athletic Director Chris McIntosh issued a statement calling the $10,000 fine to be a “Wisconsin fine” and not a “Greg Gard fine.” McIntosh went on to add the university will assume the responsibility for paying the fine.
