MADISON, Wis. – Just last year a regular, four-sided scoreboard, imported from the University of Wisconsin Field House, was hanging from the ceiling of the Kohl Center. It displayed statistics such as time left in a penalty (hockey) and team fouls (basketball), while occasionally showing a simple animation such as three smiley faces bobbing up and down.
