Tom Oates: As always, UW must work harder to sign blue-chip recruits

[A]t the University of Wisconsin, it is business as usual for coach Paul Chryst leading up to college football’s signing day Wednesday. The Badgers will quietly assemble their typical class, one that consists largely of 3-star recruits with a few 4-stars sprinkled in, one that ranks in the 20s or 30s nationally, one that with time and development likely will put UW in contention for a Big Ten Conference title.
