For a brief time Thursday night, it appeared the Wisconsin football program had lost its second assistant coach in less than a week: Offensive coordinator Matt Canada.
An ad for offensive coordinator / assistant football coach was posted on an NCAA website. However, according to UW officials, the posting was premature. All nine assistant positions will be posted by the end of Friday. The move is procedural because their contracts expire Feb. 3.
