Add another Gatorade state player of the year to the University of Wisconsin football family. Wisconsin Rapids senior Vince Biegel was announced today as the state winner of the 27th annual award. The Red Raiders linebacker has orally committed to play for the Badgers and is expected to sign his National Letter of Intent on signing day in February.
