Mark Hoegh’s love for University of Wisconsin-Madison athletics has grown ever since he laced up his football shoes for the Badgers in the early 1950s.
The Oshkosh resident has given of his time, money and fundraising talents through the years to give back to the school that gave him an athletic scholarship.
