Forty-three people, including Gov. Jim Doyle and University of Wisconsin-Madison Chancellor Biddy Martin, will be part of the official UW bowl party headed to Pasadena, Calif., for the Rose Bowl game between the Badgers and Texas Christian on New Year?s Day.
