Not to be deterred by a drink special lawsuit already pending against local bar owners, the chair of the Alcohol License Review Committee is floating a citywide ban on happy hours and drink specials. Ken Kamp said Thursday morning that he’s going to present the idea to his colleagues, but is not inclined to fight if there is opposition.
