TrafficCast International in Madison has found a way to use the wireless devices to show the real-time flow of traffic, whether it?s on some of the nation?s busiest stretches of highway or the smallest back road. TrafficCast was founded in 1996 by Connie J. Li and her husband, Bin Ran, both traffic engineers; Ran is on the engineering faculty at UW-Madison.
