Wisconsin Management Company is refusing to allow Brittany Zimmerman’s fiance, Jordan Gonnering, to cancel his lease of the apartment where he found his fiance murdered last week. The couple rented an apartment together managed by Wisconsin Management Company, one of Madison’s largest property management firms.
