MADISON, Wis. — While many Badger fans will gather this weekend to celebrate University of Wisconsin-Madison’s homecoming game against the University of Minnesota, members of the school’s marching band might be looking to make the crowds extra proud amid recent accusations of hazing and improper conduct allegations.
