Several top Chinese athletes are due to arrive in Madison on Friday to kick off a new exchange program at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.Seven athletes and two coaches in sports ranging from track to Taekwondo will study on campus through December under the exchange with Beijing Sports University, where they are graduate students.
