At first, they came in multiples of ten. Now they come in multiples of one hundred. During the summer of 2005, approximately 800 middle and high school students of color studied on the University of Wisconsin-Madison campus in hope of fulfilling their dream to enter higher education through the Pre-collegiate Enrichment Opportunity Program for Learning Excellence.
