Proposal Would Ban Emergency Contraception at Campus Health Facilities (WPR)

(MADISON) Critics say there will be more unplanned pregnancies if campus health services in the University of Wisconsin System are prevented from advertising or dispensing emergency contraception. But supporters of such a law say the UW should be focusing on education, not family planning.
