The latest happened early Saturday morning – the victim was forced into a car in the 500 block of North Carroll.
Less than two weeks ago, another student was abducted on Observatory Drive. Madison Police say there are too many similarities to ignore.
In both cases, the suspect description is similar, and in both cases, the victims were abducted… and then dropped off…
