Noted: Ballering says an offer to sell the property came up somewhat suddenly, adding that he is not sure if there will be an effort made to buy space on the UW-Madison campus for a new Steep & Brew location. Their Steep & Brew cafe on Odana Road will remain open and multiple locations across the UW campus will still carry Steep & Brew products.
