Students say Chancellor David Ward’s remoteness drove them to occupy his office

Students who occupied the UW-Madison chancellor?s office Monday say they just want to be heard.They say they felt pushed into their extreme action because interim Chancellor David Ward has ignored two official findings that labor practices at the Milwaukee factory that makes Palermo?s Pizzas sporting Bucky Badger logos violate the university?s Code of Conduct for licensees.
