Three days after a 27 News exclusive report, Wisconsin Management Company agreed to release Brittany Zimmermann’s fiance from his lease of the apartment where he found her body two weeks ago. Jordan Gonnering, a UW student, shared the West Doty Street apartment with Zimmermann.
