Proposed changes to the University of Wisconsin System student conduct code that would expand administrators’ ability to punish students for off-campus misconduct advanced to the next stage today.
The Board of Regents voted this morning to send the proposed changes to Chapters 17 and 18 of the administrative code to the Legislative Council for review. A university review committee has solicited feedback on the changes but has not held a public hearing.
