WHITEWATER, Wis. — Students at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater are rallying after a woman was punched in the face while wearing a T-shirt that said “Legalize gay.” Between 50 and 100 people gathered Friday afternoon to raise awareness of hate crimes.
