Logan Janssen, 19, is a sophomore at the University of Wisconsin-Madison studying political science and economics. As a Wisconsin delegate for the Democratic National Convention, Janssen had pledged his support for Biden as a candidate. But he said it was a “hard sell” to some of his peers.

University of Wisconsin-Madison students also face some of the highest off-campus rent prices in the Big Ten Conference.
As far as formal leadership development programs, I am an alumna of the Big 10 Academic Alliance’s Academic Leadership Program, to which I was nominated while assistant dean at the University of Wisconsin at Madison.
