Since Rebecca Blank became chancellor of the University of Wisconsin-Madison last summer, she has made a point of visiting all 13 of the UW system?s four-year universities. Wisconsin has one of the largest public higher education systems in the nation, but Blank realized she didn?t represent only Madison.
