UW-Madison Chancellor Rebecca Blank will deliver a keynote speech at the local celebration of Founders? Day, hosted by the WAA: Chequamegon Bay Chapter and held at the Best Western Hotel Chequamegon. The chapter will also honor Ashland?s Carol B. Lindsey, a 1987 UW-Madison graduate, with its Badger of the Year award.
