The University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh Chancellor Richard Wells is one of three candidates for the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education chancellor position.
Wells was unavailable to comment because he is traveling out of state, said Jeanette DeDiemar, executive director of UWO integrated marketing and communications.
