The four finalists are Gregory Habeck, assistant chief of the UW-Milwaukee Police Department; Thomas Phillips, chief of police for Northern Illinois University; Kristen Roman, a captain in the Madison Police Department; and John Vinson, chief of the University of Washington Police Department.
