A generation of scientists could dwindle if GOP tax reform plan passes, universities warn

Noted: University of Wisconsin-Madison Chancellor Rebecca Blank said she agrees with the broader effort to reform and simplify the tax code but says the legislation in its current form would increase the cost of attendance for many students.
