Proposed UW System Public Authority to end faculty and staff’s “state employment” status

Chippewa Valley WQOW – Some UW System employees are concerned about a plan that could end their status as state employees. It’s part of Gov. Scott Walker’s budget proposal and his plan to allow the UW System Board of Regents to have public authority.
