U. of Iowa Puts Flood Damage at More Than $230-Million

When the Iowa River topped its banks and inundated the University of Iowa’s campus last month, the disaster caused damages worth at least $232-million, the university estimated Tuesday in a report to the Federal Emergency Management Agency.
