A University of Wisconsin-River Falls public safety officer will keep his job after he pleaded guilty last week to a felony stalking charge.
David Kuether, 45, River Falls, is accused of leaving Carmen Boortz 23 phone messages within 24 hours last December. Boortz, 45, also works at the university in the outreach and graduate studies office.
