Dr. David Frederick “Fritz” Ruf, M.D., age 73, of Darlington, passed away in his home on Thursday, Nov. 20, 2008. For many years he was actively involved with the University of Wisconsin to recruit physicians for medically underserved areas and served as a preceptor for UW physician assistant students.
