Peggy Ann Gilbert Taggart of Whitewater, and formerly of Janesville, died Saturday, June 25, 2010. Peggy worked for the state of Wisconsin for 31 years, the last 28 for UW-Madison at DoIt (Division of Information Technology) as a computer programmer and analyst.
