Marion P. Stemmler, age 81, of Madison, passed away suddenly on Feb. 27, 2008, at UW Hospital. Marion received a Bachelor of Arts degree in home economics from UW-Madison. Marion spent more than 20 years as a volunteer docent at the Elvehjem, now Chazen Museum of Art. Memorials in Marion’s name may be made to The University of Wisconsin Foundation to support the Chazen Museum of Art.
