An assistant dean in UW-Madison’s College of Engineering who worked on diversity programming died unexpectedly Monday, according to a news release from the university. Steven Clark was 44.
Clark came to the College of Engineering in 2006 from the University of Miami-Florida where he was director of the Department of Multicultural Student Affairs. At UW-Madison, he developed and implemented a recruitment and retention model for underrepresented students, the news release said.
