Scott Walker?s plan to trim their benefits and clip back the power of their union. Democratic lawmakers are hiding out in Illinois to prevent a GOP majority from working its will. And Walker, a newly elected Republican, has chosen this moment of fiscal crisis to pursue questionable tax cuts and a risky attack on collective bargaining.
