University of Wisconsin-Madison poll finds majority of residents say state is in “bad times”

Sixty-three percent of Wisconsin residents approve of the way President Barack Obama is handling his job as president, according to a UW-Madison Badger Poll.

The poll, which was conducted over a two month period from April to June, asked 593 Wisconsin residents about their views on the nation, the state and the economy.
