MADISON, Wis. — The Wisconsin Institutes for Medical Research officially opened its first building Thursday in a ribbon-cutting ceremony with Gov. Jim Doyle.
The state-of-the-art facility will bring hundreds of scientists together under one roof — all working to find a cure for cancer.
