City, UW-Madison seek input for reconstruction of State Street, Library Mall

Now, the city and university are preparing to reconstruct the 700 and 800 blocks of State Street and Library Mall, the well-worn intersection linking the region?s most famed street and the recently constructed East Campus Mall, Bascom Hill and Memorial Union.
