UW officials: Furloughs for all, even if you’re paid with federal dollars

All University of Wisconsin employees will have to take the unpaid furloughs mandated by Gov. Jim Doyle, even though salary cuts for workers paid with federal funds or other non-state money may not help the stateâ??s budget situation, officials said.
