Assembly Republicans plan to give every high school freshman in Wisconsin access to a laptop or tablet over the next two years and are open to ending Gov. Scott Walker’s University of Wisconsin System tuition freeze, lawmakers said Wednesday as they outlined their plans for the upcoming legislative session.
